Please note: Our standard letting period is one week, from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, French time. Alternative letting periods are by special arrangement – please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Balance to be received by us 8 clear weeks before rental period commences.

We will respond to your booking request, confirming availability, at which time we will require a 25% deposit of the full balance. On receipt of your deposit a receipt and confirmation of booking will be sent.
